RETURNS/EXCHANGES/DELIVERIES
Exchanges and returns for store credit will be processed free of charge. Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $7.99, which will be deducted from the amount refunded.All items are shipped via Fedex.We are not responsible for packages that are delivered without signature and will not refund or ship out another one in the event your package is stolen or missing after it is delivered.You must monitor and track your package as tracking number is provided for that reason.
We do not deliver to PO boxes.If you put a PO box as a ship to address we will ship package to nearest Fedex location for you to pickup package.These packages will be available for 5 business days and if not picked up will be returned to sender.At that point, you will have to re-pay for shipping for us to send back out to Fedex location where you will pick up your package with ID.Please track your shipment daily for shipping updates.All orders have Fedex tracking numbers.Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please follow the return instructions on the packing list included in your package. You must return your items to the address below within 20 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.

- Merchandise must be unworn,unwashed and not wrinkled.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and be in original packaging.
- Any merchandise purchased at discount or on sale cannot be returned.
